I. A single payment of $5800.00 on, or before, March 1, 2012
II. A $500.00 deposit cheque dated for March 1, 2012, and four post dated cheques for $1350.00 dated March 1, 2012; June 1, 2012; September 1, 2012; & December 1, 2012
III. A $500.00 deposit cheque dated for March 1, 2012, and ten post dated cheques of $550.00 dated on the 1st of each month
from July 2010 through April 2013.*
