Student Council

Student Council at SJA

Student Council brings a student voice to the running of the school. The council meets weekly with the purpose of creating their own events, in conjunction with helping to plan and implement regular school events. The inclusion of an International Rep, Online Rep, as well as House Captains on the council ensures that, through their elected representatives, all students have a voice at SJA. Elections are held annually and representatives hold their office for the entire school year. We have several returning members of the council which maintains continuity year over year. Student Council is a great way to see SJA students take ownership of their school and demonstrate their growing leadership skills while serving their fellow students.
